1 in 5 people will experience depression at some point in their lives.
But 5 in 5 of us can help.
This Thursday and Friday (October 9&10), join us in the Building 41 Foyer where SHARP will be supporting Mental Health Week. Come collect some free resources from Beyond Blue and the NRHSN. Find out more about mental health & how to help someone with depression.

What: Bags, wristbands, guides & other free resources available both days between 11am-1pm.
On Thursday, there’s also a free meditation class with Sharyn from 12-12.30pm (come! We have 20 free passes to a BODYBALANCE class at URAC), followed by a free BBQ.
